Cynthia started with LEAP in November of 2016. She was born and raised on Grand Bahama Island and moved to Strong, Maine during the summer of 2014. While in the Bahamas, Cynthia received her education and graduated from Sunland Lutheran School in 2003. She also attended classes at the College of the Bahamas Majoring in Fine Arts. She worked for Mediterranean Shipping Company in the Import/Export/Equipment departments for over 8 years. Cynthia began at LEAP as a Direct Support Professional and took on the role of Program Support 1 at Weld Road within a year. in the fall of 2019, she took on the role of PS1/DSP at Industry Road . She enjoys using her artistic skills in several mediums, gardening, and is an avid science fiction book/movie enthusiast.
