Jeri Pinkham started working for LEAP in 2008 as a Direct Support Professional/CRMA. In 2015 she accepted the roll as medication coordinator, alongside her DSP role. In 2018 she applied for the Program Support role at Franklin Heights and received the position.

Jeri grew up in the small town of Bingham, Maine and graduated Valley High School in 2006 with honors. She played multiple sports and was an active member of her community. She then attended Saint Joseph’s College of Maine for 2 years, majoring in nursing. She is currently planning to go back to school to finish her degree. Jeri has been working in the healthcare field for 14 years (11 with LEAP), and has always had a passion for helping people and making a difference in the lives of people she supports.

When Jeri moved to Farmington in 2008, she found out about LEAP from her mother-in-law (Patti Pinkham), who has been working for the company for 19 years. As her mother-in-law talked about the organization and its mission, Jeri knew LEAP was the place for her.

Jeri is married to her husband Travis and they are proud parents of two golden retrievers (Jake and Bella). In her free time, she likes curling up with a good book, spending time with family and friends, playing basketball, and supporting her husband’s music career.
