Kelsea is a Maine native with a strong passion for helping others succeed.  She proudly serves the small community as a Human Resource Director for a community bank in Farmington.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional.  Kelsea co-owns two family run businesses, volunteers on various boards and committees, and coaches youth athletics.  In her spare time, Kelsea enjoys time spent with her family and friends at camp or vacationing, horseback riding, snowmobiling, and side by siding. Serving on the Board of Directors for LEAP gives Kelsea the opportunity to make a difference and shake the world in a gentle way.
