Kim has worked for LEAP since being hired as a relief DSP in 2004. In 2005, Kim became team leader at Stinchfield Hill and in 2011 that position grew to house manager. She enjoys gathering teams of "Leapsters" to annually join in the community-based fundraiser "Festival of Trees," and spreading autism awareness with the Walk for Autism. Kim's passion for helping individuals comes from her own experience as a child watching her mother struggle to have her appropriately diagnosed with dyslexia, and advocating for her to receive the services she needed. In 2005, Kim graduated with a bachelors degree in rehabilitation services from the University of Maine at Farmington. Kim lives in Wilton with her husband Matthew, daughter Evangeline, "Evie", and son Quinn.
