Mandi started with LEAP in 2015 as a Direct Support Professional at Town Farm Road #2. She later added the roles of maintenance assistant and receptionist before finding a home as a finance assistant. She has enjoyed growing at LEAP and experiencing everything that we have to offer to our employees. Mandi was one of the recipients of the Cordes/Taylor Scholarship in 2021.

Mandi enjoys her three fur babies – 2 dogs and 1 cat. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, hiking, kayaking, hunting, snowmobiling, basically anything that keeps her active and outdoors.
