Megan Goodine has worked for LEAP since being hired as a residential counselor in 1994. She has provided support to the people of LEAP in a variety of roles, including direct service professional, developmental training coordinator, team leader and administrator. Megan became the residential services director in October of 2011. Her vision of support includes assisting people to define their dreams, experience joy and become a true member of their communities. Her focus on staff development and wellness is also primary in her agency role. Prior to coming to LEAP, Megan worked in the food service industry, with the UMF Alumni Association and provided respite care in therapeutic foster care settings. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Maine at Farmington. Megan lives in Jay with her son Nathanial. She loves being a soccer mom and all the joys that come with sitting on the sidelines and cheering on the team.
