Megan Goodine began her career at LEAP in 1994. She has provided support in a variety of roles, including Direct Support Professional, Developmental Training Coordinator, Team Leader, Trainer and Administrator. Megan became the Residential Services Director in 2011. Her vision of support includes assisting people to define their dreams, experience joy and become a true member of their communities. Her focus on staff development and wellness is also primary in her agency role.

Prior to coming to LEAP, Megan worked in the food service industry, with the UMF Alumni Association and provided respite care in therapeutic foster care settings. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Maine at Farmington. When not experiencing joy at LEAP, Megan can be found in the garden or waterside reading a good book.
