Sierra joined the LEAP team in March 2020 as a Community Case Manager. A native of Farmington, Sierra now lives in Waterville with her husband, daughter, and two cats. Sierra earned her B.A. from Colby College and M.Ed. from the University of Maine at Orono, with a focus on counseling. Sierra has a background in higher education and teaching, leadership, and social services. Her favorite parts of case management are building relationships and trust with the people she supports, and exercising creativity in meeting their unique needs. When she’s not at work, Sierra enjoys cooking, reading cheesy horror novels, and traveling.
