The largest percentage of LEAP staff consists of DSPs. It is an important role, and with changes in scheduling, promotions and transfers, we always seem to have options available. Check often for new opportunities.
Candidates for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are responsible, dedicated, and have the desire to help others. Compassion, empathy and the ability to work in a team environment are a must.

- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age *interested candidates who are 17 years of age can apply without a high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Maine driver’s license with a safe driving record
