Kelly DeRoche joined the LEAP Case Management team in March 2021! Kelly has held a variety of positions in the human service field since 2007. She began her career as a Direct Support Professional, eventually moving on to supervising residential programs, supporting community supports programs, and providing DSP training, before beginning her career in case management services. Kelly is passionate about this work and strives to be a positive and helpful part of each case that she is involved in.

Kelly has been married since 1997 and has three adult boys. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, going for walks, and keeping active. Recently, her husband has introduced her to golf, which has become a favorite pastime.
