Hello, I am Courtney Ryder, a Registered Nurse at Franklin Memorial Hospital and member of the board of directors for LEAP. I have lived in Franklin County for 34 years and at the age of 17 I started my career as a CNA. In the beginning I worked at a local, long term care facility and transitioned to a Direct Support Professional at LEAP in 2006. I greatly enjoyed my time working for LEAP and take pride in the care that LEAP provides. When the opportunity came up to join the board of directors, I couldn’t say "no". I love to be a part of an organization of excellent health care providers that truly want the best for the people they care for and where quality of life is a priority!
