Kristin joined the LEAP team in 2017, working to develop the Adult Case Management program, a new service within LEAP. Kristin has spent her career working to provide almost every developmental service available, across a variety of roles, primarily in the nonprofit sector.  Starting her career providing direct care, she quickly became passionate about supporting people with disabilities and never looked back! Kristin was excited to join the LEAP team, admiring LEAP’s devotion to truly providing a higher level of support to individuals served, with integrity and transparency. Prior to joining LEAP, Kristin provided case management services in the public sector. Kristin has extensive management and leadership experience with a commitment to quality supports. A Maine native, Kristin earned her degree from University of Southern Maine. She lives in Canton with her family; when not working, she enjoys camping, motorcycling, and reading.
