Melisa Foss started working for LEAP in 2013 as a Full-Time Direct Support Professional at David Road. She later transferred to Stinchfield Hill and Town Farm Road #1. In addition to her duties as a DSP, Melisa also became the Program Support 2 for her Administrator. In this capacity, she is able to open and oversee small in-home support programs for the agency.
Melisa started her career in healthcare straight out of high school as a CNA. She attended college for Early Childhood Education and started a family. She feels fortunate to have been able to be a stay at home mom for a few years and when her children were school age, she entered the work force again and started at LEAP. In her spare time, she enjoys camping and fishing with her husband and 2 kids.
